These terms cover this website and the links we send to clients. By using them you agree to what follows. If anything here is unclear,ask us.

This website

The site describes FoxHouse1874’s interior design work. We keep it accurate, but it’s general information, not a quote or a promise of a particular result. The photographs, drawings and words on it are ours or used with permission; please don’t copy them without asking.

Links we send you

As a client you may get private links from us: a questionnaire, a room layout, a design board, a quote or an invoice. Anyone who has a link can open it, so keep them to yourself and the people you choose to share them with. We can turn a layout link off at any time.

Quotes, invoices and payments

A quote is our estimate for the work and goods it lists, good until the date on it. The work itself is agreed with you directly. An invoice is due by the terms shown on it. Prices for furnishings and other goods can change with the supplier until they’re ordered, and we’ll tell you before that affects what you pay.

Our accounting connection

We keep our books in QuickBooks Online, from Intuit, and our own back office connects to our own QuickBooks company so quotes, invoices and payments match in both. That connection is used only by FoxHouse1874, for its own billing, and isn’t offered to anyone else. How we handle the information involved is on ourprivacy page.

Responsibility

We take care with everything we publish and send. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses that come from relying on the website alone, or from a link being shared beyond the people it was meant for. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always here. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
